Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items.

However, your experience matters deeply to us — if something isn’t right, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

 

 


💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will happily replace or correct the order.
